The 2020 season was an excellent season in the Barossa valley with more moderate temperatures across the growing season than 2019 giving wines of excellent fruit character and body. The introduction of a small amount of whole bunch fermentation, the introduction of French oak and less new oak has produced a wine with outstanding fruit character, body and structure. A wine that will reward cellaring for many years to come.

Tasting Note:

Deep in colour. Vibrant blackberry and mulberry fruit characters combine with sweet cedar and spice in a rich, ripe,  full bodied yet smooth and well structured palate that finishes with lingering soft tannins.
